Inntalautobahn (A12) - exit Zillertal, main road (B169) to Mayerhofen, Tuxer Landesstrasse towards Hintertux. (motorway exit Zillertal to Hintertux 50 km). The Tux highway from Mayerhofen to Hintertux can be used all year round. Chain required for fresh snow! Weight limitation 16 tons, no trailers, maximum height at avalanche galleries 4.20 m.
Drive from Vorderlanersbach to Kuchlerhof approx. 1.9 km. Chains are compulsory on snow roads.

Jenbach/Tyrol express train station, Zillertalbahn (train or bus) to Mayrhofen from there by postbus Mayrhofen - Hintertux.
